You can become a member of The Carolinas Center and support excellence in hospice and palliative care through end of life care across the Carolinas.

End of life care is a hot topic in our national awareness. The combination of demographics and medical advances means that increasing numbers of our neighbors will need help preparing for the end of life. Membership dues sustain The Center?s education, public awareness, consultation, and support and outreach programs to meet these increasing needs.

Through these programs, The Carolinas Center helps every community across the Carolinas live and die well.

Memberships are available for hospices, end of life care coalitions, individuals, palliative care providers and associates. The associates category is available for organizations other than hospices and coalitions such as vendors and consultants.
